Hebrews 11 Bible Study
Faith is believing that something will happen when the result could not be seen yet. If the thing is there and you can see it with your eye, there is no more need to faith. It is by faith that we receive gift of God, eternal life. We must believe and not doubt in God’s promises. God’s promises are real. God is faithful in keeping his promises. In Proverbs 3:5, trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In 2 Corinthians 5:7, for we walk by faith, not by sight. In Ephesians 2:8, for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. In 1 John 5:4, for whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. In Mark 9:23, Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
