In Psalm 131:1-2, David comes before God with a humble heart. Everyone has pride. It is important to remove our pride and only attribute all the glory to God.

In Psalm 131:3, the Israelites should put their hope in God and trust in him.

1. Have faith in God

We must always have faith in God. In whatever issue we face in life, we should surrender it to God.  When you pray, you must pray according to the will of God and have faith that you will receive what you pray for. In Philippians 4:6, be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. In 1 John 5:14, and this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
