Psalm 46 Bible Study
1. God is our refuge
In times of trouble, we should discuss our problems with God and trust in him instead of relying on other ways of the world such as money, positions or your own wisdom. We should keep on praying and offering thanksgivings until God see us through our problems. In Philippians 4:6, be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. In 1 Thessalonians 5:18, in every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. In Psalm 62:8, trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. In Psalm 145:18, the LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. In Habakkuk 3:19, the LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
