1. God is on your side
When facing a difficulty, you should seek God and make him your refuge. God has promised to be on our side and fight for us. All you need to do is to believe in God’s deliverance and pray patiently. In Romans 8:31-33, what shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.
In Zechariah 4:6, then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. In Isaiah 41:10, fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
In Isaiah 8:10, take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us. In Psalm 118:6, the LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? In 1 John 4:4, ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. In Matthew 1:23, behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
