Psalm 95 Summary

In Psalm 95:1-2, come and sing praises to God and offer him with thanksgiving.

In Psalm 95:3-5, God is a great God. He is the king of kings and god of gods. He created the mountains, seas and land and all things else on earth and the universe.

In Psalm 95:6-7, let us bow down and worship God. God is our shepherd and we are his sheep. God guides us like a shepherd guide the sheep.

In Psalm 95:8-11, if God is calling you today, don’t harden your heart and turn away from him. Open your hearts and accept him as the master over all areas of your life. Those who are disobedient and break even one of God’s commandment cannot enter into the place of rest, heaven.

Psalm 95 Bible Study

1. God is great

God is great. He is the king of kings and lord of lords. We should surrender all areas of our lives to God and let him guide us. If you fully surrender your life to God, the Holy Spirit will change you and guide you. Whatever issue in your life, you should discuss with God and ask God to help you make a decision. Then, you will personally experience God. Experiencing God yourself is important for every believer.

In 1 Timothy 6:15, which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords. In Revelation 17:14, these shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. In Revelation 19:16, and he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. In James 4:7, submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
