Bible Study Outline on The Character of Integrity
The character of integrity is about obeying God’s words and practicing them in your daily life. It allows you to choose to keep God’s commandments no matter in what circumstances. Having a character of integrity is essential in developing a close relationship with God. Integrity is doing what is right. To do what is right is to obey God’s commandments. The opposite of the character of integrity is to carry out evil traits that fulfill the lust of our flesh.
The character of integrity is about doing the right thing naturally. Character can be developed. Parents teach thier children to do the right thing such as dress themselves, fold their own clothes, and etc. Integrity is a character that cannot be changed. It is done from the heart. There is no one who is perfect and flawless. People with integrity will show love and strive to live in peace with one another. A man of integrity will exhibit the 9 fruit of the Spirit.
God knows everything we do in the secret so we cannot hide anything from him. If you want to please God, it is necessary to live an upright life before him. The bible contains God’s commandments. It teaches us how to live our lives before God in the correct way so that we can attain eternal life. Salvation is not just based on faith as it also requires the follower to display it in their lives. If you say you believe in Jesus but does not demonstrate holiness in your life, everyone can see that you do not truly believe and follow Jesus. When your faith has action, you will be able to influence others and win souls for Jesus Christ.
We are to display obedience to God regardless of where we are. You should not be ashamed of exhibiting your faith in front of your family or friends. If you deny Jesus Christ, he will deny before the Father as well. Christians are to be led by the Holy Spirit. We must abide in Jesus Christ by doing God’s words. No one can produce any fruit apart from Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the vine and we are the branches. The branch that is useful will be pruned by the Father so that it will produce more fruit. Branches that are useless will be cut off and thrown into the fire. Christians who neglect to keep God’s commandments will not be able to inherit eternal life and be punished in hell just like unbelievers.

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. (1 John 4:7-10 KJV)
Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich. (Proverbs 28:6 KJV)

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. (Luke 16:10 KJV)
