How to Get Your Prayer Answered?

prayer11

Praying is a very easy thing to do. First, you tell God what you want him to do you. At the end of the prayer, you say in Jesus name Amen.

If you want your prayer to reach God’s throne, you must make sure there is no open doorway in your life. Open doorways are grounds on which the devil can use to accuse you before God about your sins. Therefore, you must live a holy life and abide in God if you don’t want to leave ground for the devil to attack you. You must keep a clear conscience before God at all time. If you have done anything against God’s commandments, you should first confess your sin. If you have grudge against someone, you must ask for God forgiveness. After that, you can start to pray.

Having faith is essential if you want your prayer answered. If you doubt, God will not answer your prayer. God does not like those who ask him for favor to doubt in his abilities to answer their prayers. Without faith, God won’t answer your prayer.

Having patience shows that you have faith in God. You must nit say negative thing, like God will not answer your prayer, after prayer. A person who fully trust in God will not say discouraging things to show that he is disappointed with God. Instead, he will keep on believing in God even if nothing happen yet.

You must pray with a burden that you desperately need God’s help in what you are requesting in the prayer. Those who come to God must believe that he exists and that he will reward him with what he ask for in prayer.

What you pray must not clash against God’s commandments. For example, it is wrong to pray for God to help you win at the casino as gambling is against God’s commandments in the bible. Often, what we pray for are to fulfill our own selfish desires. Whatever you do must to glorify God so whatever you pray should be with the purpose to give glory to God.

Consistent prayer can build up our faith in God. Perseverance in prayer is important if you want God to grant your request. Perseverance in prayer can build up our character in God.
